You are eligible for membership in the Association if you or your spouse are a descendant of Francois Violet. We have extensive genealogy going back to the late 1600s that can trace family trees to determine descendancy. Go to the Genealogy tab and click on Family Tree to search to see if you are a descendant. You will need to find your RIN (Genealogy Record Identification Number) to join; this proves you are a descendant.

You can also download a blank Member Data Form and fill it in and sent it to us we will check for you. The form is a fillable PDF form that you can fill in on your computer and then save. Once you are ready, just send it to us as an email attachment. Send it to President@VioletteRegistry.com. There is no cost to be a member.

You can also join Violette Family Association Facebook if you are on Facebook. Look for Applications, Groups, and click on the logo or name in the list. Joining VFA Facebook does NOT enroll you here, though, so you still have to send us this info.
