The business of the Association is handled by the Board of Directors (Officers) except for election of those Officers. Those elections are held every three years as part of a Triennial Meeting. The Officers may also introduce agenda items for member voting at a Triennial Meeting. Those business meetings in the past have been held during a Reunion, but during a Triennial year with no Reunion the Bylaws allow virtual meetings to be held.

2023 Triennial Meeting

The 2023 Triennial Meeting will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM ET, using the Zoom virtual meeting system. Members may attend the meeting using their computer, tablet, or phone.
