Violette, Rita
87, of Chandler, Arizona passed away on January 16, 2015. Rita, beloved wife, mother and grandmother was born in Canada. She moved to the United States when she was 16. She retired from Stanadyne Corporation in Windsor Locks Connecticut after 22 years of service in 1990 and then moved to Arizona. Rita is preceded in death by her husband Oneil and her brother Robert. She is survived by her sons Michael (Deborah) and Gerard (Roberta), two granddaughters: Christi and Jennifer, three grandsons: Scott, Gerard Jr. and Michael Jr. and one great-grandson Austin, her brother Roland and her sister Norma (Salvador). A celebration of Rita's life will be held on Thursday, January 22 at 12:30 pm at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 3450 W. Ray Road, Chandler AZ. Followed by services at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, AZ.
