Mrs. Deese is preceded in death by her husband, Jessie N. Deese; father, Joseph Alfred Thomas Violette; mother, Catherine M. Violette; four brothers, Nelson Violette, Alfred Violette, George Violette, Cecil Violette; three sisters, Alfredia Violette, Jeannette Violette, Rita Violette. She is survived by her son, John N. Deese (Jacquelyn), Fruitdale, AL; five daughters, Diane Touchstone (Mike), Millry, AL, Rita Ann Cochran (Thomas), Buckatunna, MS, Tina Saltzman (Dave), Perdido Key, FL, Clarisse Dail (John T.), Buckatunna, MS, Mary Ann Deese, Fruitdale, AL; brother, Robert Violette, Van Buren, ME; two sisters, Shirley Violette, Eva Violette both of Van Buren, ME; 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren. Visitation for Mrs. Deese will be held from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at South Oak Grove Baptist Church, 824 Firetower Drive, Fruitdale, AL 36539. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at South Oak Grove Baptist Church in Fruitdale, AL with Rev. William "Buddy" Jones officiating. Interment will be in State Line Cemetery in State Line, MS.
