Notes:

Billy F. Miller age 85 of Knoxville passed away on Sunday July 19, 2020. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Powell, and a much loved pillar of the Powell community for many years. He was a proud Air Force Veteran retiring after serving twenty four years. He was preceded in death by daughter, Francine Miller; and granddaughter, Angela Miller. He is survived by wife, Rolande Miller; children, Keith Miller (Linda), Lizette Smith (Bill), Kamara Miller, and Ashlyn Miller; grandchildren, Christine Rice and Paden Smith; great granddaughter, Ella Rice; sister, Phyllis Smith (Paul); nephew, Jeff Smith (Tina); and niece, Pam Wiseman (Jim). The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Thursday July 23, 2020, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. The family and friends will meet at 10:45 am Friday July 24, 2020, at Greenwood Cemetery for an 11:00 am graveside service with fully military honors.
