3765 | DOB: 1900 census DOM: Genealogies of the Catholic Families of Maine, New Brunswick, and the Province of Quebec incorrectly as Joseph Violette son of Joseph & Florence Devost. It was Joseph Ouellette who married Vitaline Morin. See 1900 Connor Plantation census. In his daughter Marys' Birth Record the last name is spelled Willette and it states he was born in Connor, Maine and his wife St. Francis, Maine. 1930 census shows daughter Mary and her husband Albert Canning living next door to Joseph & Vitaline. The census says his and her fathers were from Canada, which conflics with earlier census's. A review of the 1880 census for Connor & Caribou didn't turn up a family he was likely from, leading me to doubt the records which indicated he was born in Connor. | Ouellette, Joseph (P7158)
