    • DOM: Villejesus parish record
      DOD: he is mentioned in Charles 1741 marriage contract as having provided his permission. Charles 1751 marriage contract has his father's occupation as vigneron (grape grower), and says his parents lived in the parish of Villejesus before their deaths, so we have to assume that they had both passed before 1751.

      Names of their parents are not on the parish marriage record, but is on the 3 January 1715 marriage contract.
      Spelling as VIOLLET on original church record, subsequent records show VIOLET.
