Louis H Violette 66 died Sunday morning at the Veterans Admininistration Hospital at Togus following a long illness. He was born in Van Buren April 2 1897 the son of Come and Ann Soucy Violette. He had lived most of his life in Hartland recently moving to Clinton. He was a former member of Steeves-McCormick Post American Legion of Hartland. Survivors include his widow the former Clara Lawrence: five sons Paul and Daniel both of Hartland, James of Palmvra, Laurel and Anthony both of Clinton, one daughter Laural of Clinton: four grandchildren: two brothers Henry of Hartford, Conn., and Abel of Chicago, Ill.
