      1926 - 2014 NORTH ADAMS Mrs. Viola Marie (Letalien) Brondoni, 88, of 189 State St. died Friday Nov. 28, at Williamstown Commons. She was born in North Adams, on Feb. 4, 1926, daughter of Felix and Catherine (Violette) Letalien. She attended local schools. Viola worked at J.J. Newberry, JC Penney; and Sprague Electric Co. She was last employed by the North Adams Transcript until her retirement. She was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church. She was the widow of Giulio Brondoni who died on Jan. 9, 2006. They were married on Sept. 13, 1947. Survivors include two sons, Edward Brondoni of North Adams, and Anthony Brondoni of Palmetto, Fla.; one sister, Elaine Misiaszek of Okla.; and nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Four sisters and three brothers are deceased including, Ruth Vincelette, Marie Markey, Irene Luczynski, Mildred Walden, and James, Joseph, and Gilbert Letalien. FUNERAL NOTICE: The funeral for Viola Brondoni will be Friday, Dec. 5, at 10:15 a.m. from FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS CENTRAL CHAPEL, 74 Marshall St. North Adams, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.
