He was born at St. Agatha, January 7, 1893, the son of Maxime and Clarice (Le Clerc) Cyr and was married to Annie Thibodeau Cyr. Surviving besides his wife, are one son, Bertrand of Madawaska; six daughters, the Rev. Sister Bertrand of the order of Daughters of Wisdom, St Agatha, Mrs. Theo Laprise, New Britain, Conn., Mrs. Johnny Calcagno, Quincy, Mass., Mrs. Lusien Dufour, Madawaska, Mrs. Leo Cyr, Madawaska. A step-daughter, Mrs. Victorian Chasse, Lewiston; a step son Onille Martion of St Agatha; two brothers, Wilfred of New Britain, Conn., and Domique of Bristol, Conn.
