  DOB & DOD: Find a Grave Lynn M. Bohn, 46, of Plantsville, beloved wife of David C. Bohn, died on Saturday, (August 23, 2008) at the Hospital of Central Connecticut. Born in Bristol, she was a resident of Plantsville for the past 20 years. She was employed as a billing secretary at the Hospital of Central Connecticut. Lynn was a member of St. Gregory Church in Bristol. Surviving are her husband, David C. Bohn; two sons, Ethan C. Bohn and Gregory D. Bohn; her mother, Joan (Doucette) Lubelczyk of Bristol; a sister, Lori Waskowicz and her husband Donald T. Waskowicz of Plainville; a brother, Mark Lubelczyk and his wife Renette Lubelczyk of Bristol; her close friend, Sheri Gorner of Bristol; a nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father, John "Whitey" Lubelczyk. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 27 at 11 a.m. at Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home, 411 South Main Street, New Britain.
