  Arthur Francis Munroe, 71, formerly of Portland, died on Nov. 11, 2010, in Derry, N.H. Arthur was born in Boston, Mass., the son of Robert C. and Margaret O'Rourke Munroe. He worked in the steam turbine manufacturing business as a quality inspector. He was predeceased by his parents; his sister, Virginia Raymond, and his brother, Robert Munroe. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Cochran Munroe; a daughter, a son; and three grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 19, at Brooklawn Memorial Park, 2002 Congress St., Portland.
