Harry Violette, 64, of Palm Springs, Calif., suffered the attack in the couple's car which his wife was driving some 14 miles north of La Follette on Highway 25. He is survived by his wife Dorthea Violette; two daughters, Mrs. Anne Redmond, Kent, O., Mrs. Mary Wraight, Long Beach, Calif., and one son, Harry L. Violette, Claremont, Calif.
