- VIOLETTE James Thomas, was bor Jan. 7, 1921 to Walter an Elsie (Willis) Violette. departed this life Saturday evening, July 30, 199 James retired from Tink Field after 36 years service. He had been resident of Oklahoma most of his life. He has been a resident of Walm Creek Nursing Home for the past two and one half years, but spent the last four months and ten day in Southwest Medical Center. He spent his earlier life in Alfalfa an Onev, but moved OKC in 1940. He was member of the 28th Army Division in Germany. leaves two daughters Lorerta DeBiaso of California and Jenora Mendoza; and a son, Thomas OKC; two brothers, Robert Violette of OKC and Kenneth of Wheatland, Ok. three grandchildren Juanita, Elena and Vido Mendoza of OKC; formeer wife, Bessie Freeman and dear friend, Darlens Clark. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; and one grandson Guadalupe Mendoza. was a loving father grandfather, brother and friend. He will be missed by all. Dad came into this world in 1921. He is now with Jesus. Thy will be done. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 4, 1994 in the Chapel of the Chimes at Capitol Hill Funeral Home with burial in Pleasant Valley Cemetery, Wheatland, Ok.
