      Donald Charles Shorette 70 of 184 Mountain View Avenue Forestville died January 22 at a Bristol Conn hospital after a short Illness He was born at Patten Maine April 19 1891 son of John and Philemon (Deschane) Shorette and resided in 'Millinocket Maine before going to Bristol Conn in 1942. Prior to his retirement three years ago he was employed at the New Departure Division of Gereral Motors Corp for 15 years. He was a member of St Matthews Church He is survived by two sons Donald L and Leland G Shorette both of Bristol five daughers Mrs. Adelard Fontaine of Bristol, Mrs. John Saprano, New Britain, Mrs. Ronald Campbell, and Mrs. Gilbert Campbell both of Patten Maine, and Mrs. Clyde Chamberlain of Skowhegan seven sisters. Mrs Elizabeth Letal-lion Mrs Agnes Violette, Mrs Julie Michaud, Mrs Victor Michaud, and Mrs Charles O’Neil all of Patten. Mrs Mildred Gag-nines of Rockland, and Mrs Lena Foster of Millinocket, 37 grandchildren 15 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews Funeral services were held Friday at 8 am at the Dunn Funeral Home and at St Matthew’s Church Burial will be in St Joseph’s Cemetery in Bristol.
