Born March 23, 1925, in Calais ME, she was the daughter of Arthur and Rose (Violette) Montminy. Mrs. O'Neil married Chester James O'Neil, who passed away July 3, 1996. She was a member of St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish and M.E.S.H. and retired from the James River Co., having worked in the Towel Room. She is survived by her daughters Patricia Horne and husband Robert, and Theresa O'Neil of Berlin; brother Roger Montminy of Pepperell MA; sisters Pauline LaPlante of Longueil, Canada, and Gloria Couture of San Diego CA; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Beside her husband she was predeceased by her son SP 4 James O'Neil, in 1976.
