      In Genealogies of the Catholic Families of Maine, New Brunswick, and the Province of Quebec as Marguerite file de Eloi et Celeste Martin but this is thought to be an error because church records indicate that this Marguerite died in 1869. Gary Levesque found that in the marrige record for Marguerite to Simon Martin, Regis Violette was present presumably her father, as was the custom, so it is believe that his daughter born as Maxite Lisette was known as Marguerite because the 1900 census shows her birth date as Mar 1844, which matches Maxite's.
