  At the Foyer Notre-Dame de St-Léonard, on May 9, 2017, at the age of 98 years and 11 months, left us Mrs. Eva Fournier, she was the wife of the late Mr. Edmond Violette and friend of the late Mr. Léonard Thériault and lived in St-Léonard. She is survived by her children, Irène (late Louis Sirois) of Edmundston, Jeanne (late Léonard Guerrette) of Parlin, NJ, Guilmond (Elizabeth Rideout) of Perth-Andover and Suzanne ( Francis Mullin) of Chelmsford, NB, also 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She now rests with her husband, her friend, her parents, Thomas Fournier and Délima Corbin as well as her 15 brothers and sisters. The funeral of Mrs. Eva Violette will take place at 4 p.m., Thursday, May 11, 2017 at the Church of Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, with interment in the parish cemetery. The deceased will not be exhibited. In his memory, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
